I thought I had replied to this. Yes it washable. Yes it stretches. It is acetate and spandex like Chico's brand. The length is down to the calf of your leg. Hope this helps.

Thanks for responding! Every thing answers my questions -- except the length. -- .."down to the calf.." is vague... the top of the calf? ...the lower calf?.... but even that depends on a persons's height. I woman that's 5'2 it will be much longer than on a woman that's 5 ' 9' (me).... well you get my point ..lol.... an actual measurement would be much more helpful...Thanks again!
