I believe this is an older plaster horse that carnivals used to give as prizes in the game booth. You can tell it's old by looking at it. Look at the pictures. There MAY be a couple of places that were rubbed off. There is writing on the bottom that I can't make out. I took a picture, maybe you can make it out.
