No idea blacked out never to come on again and my contract with my carrier was done so didn't bother with attempting repairs. I called text support it couldn't be fixed by phone. I would have had to have them take it apart.

It is of no use to me not only does it not work but I am no longer with Sprint. Its just taking up space.

This phone is in almost perftect condition. I dropped it twice in a case it has some corner damage that is barely noticeable unless your looking for it. I have two corda but no plug for it. That I will include.

This phone isn't even being picked up as being online all informationhas been set to be wiped if it ever does come on again. But I Don t perceive that happening.

I am sure that isn't it. This phone was always glichey. I worked with 3 different techs on the phone for a couple of days.
Regardless Sprint couldnt even find it in true system and it is offline. When it or of it can be turned on again all information is set to be erased from it. Hope it does someone some good.

As stated below in response to other watchers this phone doesn't turn on at all and should it is set to erase completely if it ever somehow does come on. Sprint techs weren't able to fix it. It is offline with icloud . I reported it to be completely erased if it powers on again. Which I highly doubt it will.
