I have never planted these, but in searching for replacements for potato fries and mashed potatoes, I discovered this very nutritious root vegetable. I read some on recipes etc. and found it is thought to be a cross between cabbage and turnips. I recently purchased at a Farm supply store, and the packets were too large for my needs, so wanted to see if any Listia users wanted to try their hand at growing this overlooked but tasty vegetable.
