It is a micro USB to USB charging cable that when not in use doubles as a bracelet.

You use it like any charging/data transfer cable for phones, mp3, tablets.. Not for Apple products.

Yes that is right.. USB plugin on one side to micro USB to device ( most Android phones and Tablets and also mp3players)
