I bought this at a small Auction House many years ago(20 or more). Appears to be made out of brass. I can't tell if this is a thin coating of porcelin or is painted on top. The bouque on top is a decoration that is attached to the top and it has different colored rhinestones which are all intact. The latch on the front is present but not working(does not keep lid closed) and as you can see it has the little screen used to keep powder from escaping.
