This is a cool littly tiny toy (I think it's a toy) shovel. It's very rusty but still very solid, does not bend at all even with firm pressure, so the rust is just surface rust. You can get an idea of size from the picures- my hands are average woman's size hands. I got this in a random box lot of stuff from an auction and know nothing about it. If there are or were any markings, they are obliterated by the rust.
