it is silver in color stone is sapphire, it is stamped .929 also has little diamonds around the heart

What size is the pendent? Can you show it next to a coin or measure it please. Are the diamonds real? Set in prongs or diamond chips? Does the chain go with it and is it marked? If so, what is the length of the chain? These are all important questions which determine whether I bid or how much. Thanks!

i put a new pic up of the pendent next to a quarter, yes the chain is included, the chain is 18in stamped .925 not positive if diamonds are real or not, they are just set in little prongs
