This is a large nine west black purse with black and dark grey boxed designs on it. it has 2 large pockets with a centered zippered pocket in the center. it also has an inside side zipper on one side. it has leather/vinyl end pieces and shoulder straps. a very good looking purse with maybe a few wear marks from carrying. nothing to noticeable at all and nothing on the outside at all. some stains are normal wear and tear from lipstick,ink pens,makeup etc.. i didnt notice anything that was to bad or bold. it is a great bag and can hold alot of items maybe even the kitchen sink lol. it is about a perfect square in measurments. i dont have my tape right now but perhaps a 14x14 in size maybe a little smaller or larger but not by much. perfect for when you need to carry lots of things with lots of organization. thats when the 3 pockets come in handy. great materials and workmanship. good luck
