Arm pit to arm pit makes it a 42-44 through the bust. Remember this is gathered and flowing in the area. The soft cami like fabric underneath is a poly knit that stretches with ease.

I wear large and XL. This particular top is loose and flowing so I believe it is true to size. I have tried it on but never wore it. It is so hot here usually, I change tops 2-3 times a day. This was one I didn't wear because of the need for a cami or under blouse for someone my age.LOL
