NEW - 10" cotton topped, zorb core with fleece back, reusable cloth menstrual pad.

Wings snap at approx 2.75" across and securely wrap around the gusset of your undies for a secure fit, the fleece helps to "grip" your undies to prevent shifting and also is a leak resistant layer to protect your undies and clothes.

I have been sewing for almost 6 years now and began sewing cloth diapers, now I like to sew cloth menstrual products!

what flow would this be for ?

That really depends on the strength of your flow but for me this is a good pad for moderate to heavy daytime when I can change in a timely manner.
It has a zorb core which idk if you know about zorb but a single layer absorbs 10x in weight in fluid... this has 1 layer of zorb in the core so, to be safe I would say this is a moderate.
