In my opinion, these are BUY IT FOR LIFE shoes. Unless you put these shoes through the depths of hell, you will not be replacing these in the future. The quality is absolutely amazing.

I have some brown ones just like this that have been going strong for 7+ years. They will outlive me. It's shoes like these that made a name for Docs.

These have hardly been worn, perhaps 6-7 times. I have more shoes than I have space to store them. I'm downsizing in that realm.
