this outfit is new but tags have been removed! i bought this for myself i really liked it but with a little change of design planned to fit my style! but i never got that far! so has been sitting in sewing room and i desided to let it go! this outfit is great to dress up or dress down! throw the top on with jeans, or the bottom with a cute cami! the top is 3/4 sleeve 100% cotton mock layered with ruffled trim at neckline and sleeves! the skirt is cotton/spandex zips in back with hook closure! great for you or a great gift!!! {{ so no offence to anyone i smoke and i have a dog and cat }} hope someone loves this set!!!!!
