I just wanted to let everybody know that I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. So once its in the mail box it is out of my hands. I try to package my items as best as I can with what lil money I do have. I ship free shipping on most of my items and I am proud of my 100% positive feedback rating.

I say that on all my auctions and have had no problems with anybody complaining about it. Most of the time, people contact right away. But I don't have time to sit 7 days and wait for somebody to click a button and send me their info.

well i agree 7 days is too long to sit around and wait for a response, personally i think it should be 3 days max but just saying, rules are rules and if you relisted the auction and someone disputed it, it would go in their favor and you wouldn't be allowed to keep there credits

I've actually had a dispute where the person never contacted me after 5 days, they tried to dispute back, but I got to keeep the credits. So yea.

also, if you don't ship with a tracking number, listia does hold you responsible for lost items and if the item is damaged and the seller sends pictures showing you did not package it properly, you are also responsible for that.. i have seen a lot of disputes and heard horror stories from people.. listia doesn't have very fair rules and a lot of people get screwed.. but that being said, protect yourself and follow the rules.

I try to always ship with tracking #. But sometimes, money is tighter then usual.
