You can mail a 3# book across the country for $3.23. It takes longer than average and can get kind of beat up so wrap it up good!

The cheapest way to ship for books is media mail and it would probably be between 4-5 dollars. Could you check to see how much it would be to 28781 using media mail?

I have sent and received MANY books using media mail. I just wrap the book in a brown paper bag, and tape it up well. it works - make sure the corners are taped so they dont wear through. Its MUCH chepaer and can be used for all books and magazines.
