The listing, NWT Plus size MONSHERRY SKIRT has ended.

This skirt say it a 4x but i believe it more like a 2x to 3x. The measurement of the waist is 21 inches across the front of the skirt. From waist to the hem is around 29 inches long. I believe that the hip measurement are 25 inches across the front. It is made of 80% polyester and 20% cotton. It is designed in Europe. If any questions please feel free to ask.
