I really don't see the problem as long as it's brand new..... if you went by their rules to a t then lotions, creams, perfumes and make up shouldn't be allowed either cause they all come in contact with the skin and all can be tampered with. Medicines I can understand though. anyways nice auction!

You have to take out the toothpaste, but otherwise fanned and watching :D

Hi just came across your auction and thought I'd let you know, that both the toothpaste and excedrin are against the rules.Anything that can be ingested can not be listed. Just thought I'd let you know for future Auctions, you can read about the listing rules at: http://www.listia.com/rules It's under the food rule which states: "Food, beverages, medicine (prescription or non-prescription)
Anything that can be ingested or comes in contact with the skin (by humans or pets/animals) and has the risk of causing harm if tainted or tampered with, including toothpaste etc." Just thought I'd tell you so you know. I had a stuffed tote auction with over 30 items and pictures and I was taken down (deleted) twice for these reasons, they delete your auction without warning and it's not saved; you have to re-enter everything and upload the pics again. Ok, bored you enough lol.

ZZAr333: that's exactly what I told them when they ripped my auction down the second time, but the support team wrote back stating, that lotions, unused makeup and body washes are an exception. oh and perfumes. This exception is listed in the rules under "Unused makeup" But, I wish we could list these things, it would be nice to get OTC meds and toothpaste etc for free. Kind of a bummer.
