Vintage Home Interiors and Gifts Penelope, Hallmarked and number#1491. Made in Thailand, Porcelain 8.25" Tall Hand painted, blue eyes and curly brown hair, 22k gold on umbrella handle. No chips or cracks, a little dusty, only defects noted I see a tiny pin point dot on the front of her dress and the color on the underskirt looks to me to be faded in places. Please see all pictures. Kept in a glass display case for many years so in otherwise great condition. Ships Free!
