My 16 other pairs of shorts and pants are size 1. It is a size 3 that I normally don't wear but pants are always different. That's why I only go by measurements. That's another reason why I asked you earlier if you could kindly add a photo with the tape measure a bit higher (from the waist top, one side to the other).

Sorry I haven't had time. I will get to it but I am sorry I'm not lowering the price at this time. I realize I have a lot of auctions up with high prices but the reason for that is when I get time to list auctions I list a bunch and the prices are high so when they do sell its worth my time and money since I am a busy stay at home mom. I will lower my prices eventually I just wanted to list them when I had a chance I don't care if they sell quickly
