**This frame has been used by me only once before I lost the patience and time it took to sort through all of my pictures and arrange them the way I wanted them - it had nothing to do with the frame, just my laziness. It comes with everything that was originally included: frame, wall charger, user manual, and box. I do want to let you know that for whatever reason, there's is a long scratch along the outer frame; however, it is very hard to see unless you are very up close and looking for it. I couldn't even get my camera to capture it. But it is there - and you should be aware. The slots for the SD Card and USB are perfectly fine and clean, the frame powers and shows your photos seamlessly once plugged in. All of the buttons on the back work perfectly as well. Again, this was literally only used for about an hour before I realized that I just didn't have the time for it (I have SO many pictures that I want to show off and just don't have the time to go through and pick and choose...sigh).
