1) No rude or disparaging comments towards myself or other bidders.. This will not be tolerated & if you are caught doing so, you will be blocked from further auctions until I deem fit to release you ..

2) Any/or all questions or comments will be answered within 24 hours, as I am a full time college student as well as working part-time.. If any problems should arise, please contact me first, as I'm amenable to working on a compromise solution.. And I WILL NOT refund credits for changing your mind, etc.. No exceptions..

3) Please have a verifiable listia approved address!!! I cannot stress this enough as I do not have the time to track you down & I will not accept emailed addresses!!!! (Post Office addresses are acceptable as long as they are verified & approved!!!)

4) Last but not least, if bidding goes over 25,000, there will be a surprise gift or two included for the winner !!!

Now, up for auction is a BNIP (brand new in package) 4 gb flash drive by San Disk Company.. I already have 3 & can afford to give this one a new home..

It was given to me as a gift & I haven't even begun to use the ones I already have, so my loss is your gain!!!
