I have hand made this necklace, is is made out of a Silver flat bottle cap, and expoxy cover which is water resistant not water prof. If you love Justin Bieber or knows someone who does this is a must have Item. You will be so happy with this necklace.It has a picture of Justin on the front and has Bieber Fever on the back, way nice looking.It hangs on a 24 inch Silver ball chain.
