I had much fun doing an auction for my Cinnomen Soap Recepie, I decided to do one for my famous lavender bath salts! This is an easy-to-make recepie, and, if you put them in a jar, and tie it with a ribbon, it makes a wonderful Christmas gift. People love to receive Christmas gifts that are hand-made.

I have been making bath salts, and many other items, for years, and all my recepies have been tested and used by me, so I know they're great!

Lavender is known for it's relaxing effects. Adding it to your bath is a great way to unwind. Lavender therapy!

How easy is it to obtain the ingredients for this? Is it all available at a drug store, for example, or would I have to order things in?

All the ingredients could be purchased at a grocery store or drugstore, except maybe the lavender oil. Where I live, there's a big Shoppers Drug Mart that carries oils, but that doesn't mean that every drugstore near everbody sells oils, so I couldn't guarantee that you'd be able to get the lavender oil at a drugstore.

If you couldn't get the lavender oil at a drugstore, you could get it at a heath food store, as many of them carry oils. I doubt you'd have to order anything online.

Everything except the lavender oil is available at the grocery store or drug store. I like to make recipies using common items. You might even already have some of the ingredients in your kitchen pantry. :-)

Great! Watching. I already have tons of oils, I just wanted to make sure I could find the other stuff without too much trouble. If I had to order them, they probably wouldn't get here in time for me to make these for the holidays.
