I'm new at this kind of crackle polish. Do you have to prime your nails 1st, or put a top coat over the crackle? Thanks

the crackle is the top coat. your suppose to put down a base coat of any reg. color then once thats dry put a thin or thick layer (depending on desired look) of the crackle over coat
