Sorry for the bad pix. All I have is a low quality camera on my phone. Anyway, this is a sparkly, sterling silver (stamped 925) tiara charm with little rhinestones all over it. It's 1cm tall and about 1.25cm diameter. Packs alot of sparkle for such a small piece.

yeah, if I was concerned with it being exact I'd put "seller pays exact shipping!" I'm not trying to cheat anyone, I'm just trying to make sure it's not costing ME money to give things away for free.
