Once again, Rosie, is the background for this $10 Amazon Gift Card. She is my most cooperative pup.

It has been quite awhile since I got to be on Listia, mainly due to health issues. I originally joined when Listia had just started, of course under a different name... 3 different times.

Hahaha. When I was a child my aunt and uncle raised this type. I think they are a terrier, correct? Anyway, she had one calked Tippi. I used to paint her nails and dress her up. Thanks for the picture, it brings good memories

Thank you and I'must happy that her picture brought you some wonderful memories. She is a RatChi (rat terrier and Chihuahua). My grandparents always had one, smaller and all black, but the temperament of a dragon! My 4 are all lovers!

Great combination. I asked my brother and he said that they had the rat terriers. Great dogs. My daughter had an apple head chihuahua that I took to training classes. He was feisty at 4 weeks so I statted taking him at 6 weeks old. What a brave little dog. Turned out to be a real sweetheart. I love the lap dogs, maybe because they can snughle up easier than the large dogs, and I've had just about all breeds from the malamute down to the chihuahua.

Thank you for the comment! I too, have had Great Danes down to teacup Chihuahuas (never again as they are so tiny and fragile, but lovable). I loved my Danes and retrievers - all 3 colors, boxer & Eskimos, Am. bulldog and a ton of mixed breeds along with kitties. Only my littlest one Reese is timid, the other 3 have no fear! The oldest was raised as a baby with a big boxer and Eskimo. I too love the lap dogs, even though it takes all 4 to get the body heat of a big dog, LOL. I am a certified dog lover!

Thank you Norma Jean. Rosie is just 6 yrs. as of Dec. 9. We picked her out of a litter of 5 and she was the runt. She was all white except round her face until she was about 1 years old... she developed spots and has a ridge down the middle of her back (my husband raised pigs as 4-H projects and because of that ridge, he calls her his little piggy) and the tufts abound her rear end look like wings!
