Yes I had another one and sold it to a person using a Retron 3 and it worked great. There is a way to switch to PAL but I have never tested the idea.

To play the game with pal consoles all you have to do is hit the rested button 5 time and it will work with pal.

yes all 6 rockman games...for those that do not know that is the japan version of Megaman but fret not all games are in English
