yes, they are authentic, but I dont do returns on cosmetics unless it is due to me sending you the wrong item, color, etc.

I'm asking u because because on your feedback few buyers claimed that it's not authentic therefor you have refunded them ! I'm not trying to be a pain but I want to buy more then one item from u and I want to make sure that it's real !

every now and then someone complains that its not authentic. Most of my customers love the cosmetics and buy from me again. MAC is one that there are alot of fakes around and Im thinking about not selling MAC anymore for that reason. I dont argue with anyone that thinks its fake, I just give them a refund as soon a s they return the merchandise to me. As far as I know it is authentic, I dont know if I am getting some fake pieces mixed in my orders or what, but if you order and you want to return it, I dont mind taking it back as long as it hasnt been used.
