like brand new bought in march of 2011,is a touch screen,(this is also known as a chocolate touch)the reason i quit using it,was that it wasnt a smart phone,i have charger cord for the computer but i cant find the piece that plugs into electric,i dont have the head phones for it(broken by neices)but if you can get the head phones for it you can listen to your radio station,it has pre set buttons on it,u can play drums,piano or keyboard along with the music,has a camera and holds a micro sd card
