FREE: 3 - "1976" $2.00 BILLS,CIRCULATED & UGLY

yes,i have hundreds,i have some nice ladies at the bank and they save them for me,they also will order them from the feds,but they have to get 2,000 at a time,i go though them and look for collectibles to list, and give the others to my wife for walmart,we are famous in our little town,because we always load them up with $2 bills for rx and groceries, i understand that some people do not think they are printed anymore, we had a kid at walmart call the manager to make sure they were real money,lol

i even have to explain to listia at times,the just go off their sheet,they do not know a collectible if they see one,they are always deleting,and i just relist,with a note to the "mod squad"

The rule is if it is still in circulation that it is prohibited whether or not it may seem collectible to someone else. I have asked them specifically about the 1976 bills and am awaiting a reply but I suspect that they will answer that it is indeed still in circulation. It is difficult to tell when you google it, partly because there were so many issued that year, being the first year that it was re-issued.

We used to take a bunch of them to Mexico when we traveled and used them for tips.... most people there thought that they were good luck.

Just a note though...IF they do determine that they are still in circulation and thus indeed prohibited if you were to continue to keep posting prohibited items they could take disciplinary action by freezing your account and eventually removing it if necessary. Would hate for that to happen! :)
