The listing, National Defense Service Medal has ended.

I have held on to this for a few years hoping to find who it belonged to. After much searching I found out that there is no way to trace the owner. this is new never taken out of the package It also contains both parts of the medal and I will also send the box it came in. It showed up in a bunch of my stuff when I moved and I have no idea how or why! Wait.. I think I bought it at a garage sale or at Goodwill not wanting it to be ignored. Heck I am not totally sure. Anyhow it is pretty cool just I do not need it and if I do not need it and use it off it goes!
