The face says Circi L Faye - Quartz
It has silver rhinestones around the face, the metal band has dips and divots in it on purpose. It has two hinge springs that open to slide the watch on. one size fits most.

Ok I bought this watch and the battery was out. I replace it with a brand new battery. It didnt work. I shook it and it started working just fine. This is stopped again.There has to be somesort of short or something. Maybe you are hand or know someone that is. It does work intermetentally and has a brand new battery.
