These are very pretty...I would like to figure out a way to incorporate them into the ornament I make...which I do in various colors so they don't have to be put away after Christmas...they can be kept in a bowl or something like that and enjoyed all year. Sorry...I didn't mean to sound like I am peddling mine...I don't even have any up for auction now...but I would think (if it isn't difficult to do)that I could dye them to match the different colors I use in my projects. Can you tell me how you dye them so they come out looking nice? I'm afraid mine would come out "splotchy", if you know what I mean. Thanks for a very nice auction. I am fanning although you have the most fans I have seen...wow. I will be in a lot of good company LOL

I have dyed a few. I use water colors. The wood absorbs the color. Sounds awesome. Kind like the kissing balls I made with them..
