Not skinny leg, but not flare. Would fit over a boot but not super wide. I measured and from seam to seam the bottom of the leg is almost one inch bigger than the thigh part.

hi, I know from experience that sometimes they are a tag size 26, but they measure much larger (the waist or top, of pants) and I wear them lower, above hips. Would you please measure the top, of the pants(waist?) thanks!!!!
