To my knowledge, u can still send the coupon attached to the item if u like, but it just can't be part of the auction, i.e.: what people would be bidding on...

It's hard to explain . Maybe someone else can help you understand but I'll try not best. You bid an amount you like for the item but if someone bids higher than you, they still come out as highest bid. Ginning is to "Get It Now". You don't have to bid, you get the auction and wait till the person ships it to you :)
