You need wifi and it connects to a tv

It only comes with the power wire, the unit itself an remote. DOES NOT come with hdmi or AV input jacks

This appears to be the Roku HD 2500 discontinued September 2013.

If you look up Roku it will show you what a 3 looks like it has the number 3 on top
