Suicide prevention / self love t-shirt from my brand Underlying Beauty, you won't find it anywhere else other than my personal site or here. This is a $28 value designed by me♥

Stand up against self-harm and bullying.
This shirt represents overcoming your own self-hatred and learning how to be kind to yourself. This daily reminder's purpose is to remind you that not only should you be kind to others, but don't forget about being kind to yourself as well. You are important too.

The small phrase written in white print says:

"If you're reading this,

I just want you to know

that you're beautiful.

I did write this passage, and I hope that it touches as many of you as it does me. Sometimes you just need a reminder to stay strong.♥

This is a great shirt! I want to thank you for bringing more awareness to these awful types of things. I myself am a 6 time attempted suicide survivor and cutter/self mutilator as well. I have been redeemed from these horrible things and have been free for almost 6 wonderful years! I am so thankful I did not succeed! I was actually pronounced dead twice and when they unplugged the life support machine, I sat up and asked my family how they were and what they were doing there. It's such a vital part of my day to remind myself that I am loved, I have a purpose, and I'm beautiful and everyone needs to believe this. Thank you with ALL my heart!

This is an AWSOME message as I've been dealing with bipolar since age of 17 now 38 in and out of mental hospital for suicide attempts, major depression dealing with feelings of my self worth and purpose in this world! Thank you! I completely agree with you, no one else can understand the depth of another's pain.
I feel like it can still keep the addiction subtle, but I feel like maybe I should add something more about recovering? Here are a couple other ideas:
"My addiction is not my reflection, recovery is coming."

I think I like that second one best, but I'll put more thought into it before I make it final. Did you have any ideas/thoughts you wanted or needed to share?

Thank you so much! You know what, that is definitely something I need to address in one of my bracelets, WONDERFUL IDEA! They need love and support too! I have thought of it, but couldn't think of a quote, but you just gave me the inspiration I needed to get it!
So I thought of
"My addiction is not my reflection."
Meaning that someone's struggle with their addiction will never define who they are. We all struggle with something, and you never know the full story someone may be facing daily.
I haven't decided if I should just leave it there, or add something more, what do you think? :)

Hi hun. I completely understand. This is free shipping in the US. I'm only charging for international shipping. Shipping rates went up last Monday and it now costs me $23 to ship a fricken shirt they said. International shipping has never been cheap. It now costs me $9.50 to ship one bracelet internationally. Please understand. I do this alone, no one helps. And I'm only 19. Sending it as a gift doesn't make the shipping any cheaper. It might be that way where you live, but unfortunately it's not like that for me. I'm sorry.
