This adorable little dress has a high bodice with lace trimming at the bottom of it and at the hem. The sleeves are puffy with elastic to hold them in place. It has a pretty pink bow at the middle of the bodice.It closes in the back with a small snap. I believe it would fit a Cabbage Patch Preemie. It measures 6" from underarm to underarm. The neck is square in the front and measures approximately 3 1/2" across. The length from neck to hem is 8". The hat is tiny dotted swiss with lace trim and white ribbon laces. It measures 3" across the widest part of the back and from back to front.It has elastic at the bottom of the back to make it fit nicely. It is in EUC. The pink ribbon on the front may need to be ironed, though. It would make a cute dress for your child's doll.
