Panasonic DVD player with battery, power cord, TV hookups, RCA Power converter (plugs into a cig lighter and then you have a power plug in your car) and a case to put it in or hang from the headrests in the car. It works perfectly, no mechanical problems but there are cosmetic problems. . It's got some scratches but it's clean. The battery doesn't stay attached when moved because of the pegs is chipped but it charges and works as seen in the picture. It can be hooked up and used with the TV. We were forced to get a new vehicle and this time we got one with a built in so we no longer need this. We used it with the power cord in the car. If you have any questions let me know. Oh and I do have the book, (*if I can find where the kids put it I will include the remote but it's not 100% guaranteed, wenever used it so I'm not sure were it got stashed.)
