Description

The listing, Used Cordless Singer Smart Electric Scissors - Good for Arthritis & Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Sufferers has ended.

This is a pair of cordless lightly used and tested Singer Smart electric scissors. I bought them for general use but was disappointed at their bulk and lack of maneuverability. However that may be because I was using them to cut wrapping paper and the like and they really shine when cutting fabric, upholstery and and heavy craft materials. I don't know...

You would think they would work but some complained online of jams cutting heavy material too requiring repeated stoppings to unjam them. However, they are so inexpensive, that they are worth experimenting with them, especially for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and arthritis sufferers. Some on Amazon liked them.

There is a 6 volt 500 mA adapter that is available for these scissors, but it's not included with this lot. Batteries work quite well and I'm including a fresh set of 4 Amazon Basic AA batteries, with the listing.

Free US shipping. All other countries pay actual shipping charge, via PayPal, check or stamps, although PayPal is preferred.

Excellent, thanks for your endorsement. It's a new kind of technology so I found it difficult to use, but it just make sense that this kind of tool should exist and certainly if you're using it for fabric then it makes sense that a Singer designed tool would work well for that use even if it took some getting used to.

I checked, it would cost me $22.25 to ship the scissors to you. Considering the going rate for credit at about 10,000 per dollar (not the official rate which you can buy credits for which is considerably lower) that would mean that the item would have to go for 220,000 credits more than its value which I think is roughly 120,000 credits. So yes if the auction goes above say 300,000 credits, I'm happy to send it to you free. Otherwise it's not very realistic. I'm in the negative on my credit card (and thus sadly on my net worth, I'm not a saver :-()

I apologize for being defensive about this, but this is probably what's behind the short answer "No" you might get from somebody else here for a similar request and I do get these kind of requests from others myself too. It's not about being mean but about reality.
