I dont think so. I is yarn for knitting crochet. I though Felting needs unspun wool.

I have felted 100% wool yarn. It felts just fine.

Thanks, I didnt think you could use yarn for it. Ive never done it I was going by info from craft sites ive seen it on.

You can use 100% wool yarn for felting IF it is not superwash, or maching washable. It should say on the tag. If it says "hand wash only", something like that...it willl felt. I LOVE felting with wool. Watching and bidding!

The only washing instructions I can find on these skeins is a recomendation to use a special brand of wool cleaner.
