These are gently used a few times each, no stains. These are fitteds (non waterproof) and will need a cover of eitheir PUL, Fleece or Wool. They are size small and will fit about 7-15 pounds. Velcro closure, the absorbency layers are seperate lay in soakers (included)

I have never used these but if you put a fleece or wool cover over it will it leak?

Fleece, wool or PUL cover will keep it from leaking. They are absorbency just not waterproof. Hope that clears it up for you :)
