You place them over your infant boy's "Peepee" when changing his diaper so you don't get peed on! They make an awesome baby shower gift and are definitely good for a laugh! They are a functional gift and work very well. They are a soft brushed cotton flannel on the outside and a soft and absorbent terry cloth on the inside. Shipping will be free to the US.
