I used this phone for two years an it died on me two weeks ago. I had it charged and reset. It's not locked or iCloud locked. IF you can keep it on its not bad; but I got frustrated with it once it died. I will do my best to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge. Also I can't recall the size of memory on it either. I hope that you can use it for parts or something.

I don't have a charger for it!!!

It does however it doesn't keep a charge. It can be at 80% one minute and drop to like 30% in no time an then die. It's hard to get it and keep it charged. The battery needs replacing and possibly the charging port.
