This is costume Jewelry but in the form of a lovey detailed Dragon claw holding a ruby red globe, in a bright metal work that does not tarnish, and is like silver and not the gray of pewter work. However, I do not recall what metal it is, it is over an inch long from hasp to tip

There is no chain, the hole however is large enough to take almost any cord you want.
