I did some searching online and this game does only need DISC 1 and DISC 2 to play the third disc is for demo games that came with the set.
SO this is a complete game just no demo disc for the extras!
Parasite Eve ps1 game only 2 of the 3 disc included the third disc if my research is correct is only a demo disc for other games and is not needed to play.
