for every bad review there is prob 6 very happy people, I work in customer service, people dont call to tell us great things, too busy enjoying the product. so I dont put much stock in any review unless it comes verbal from a know person to myself....good rule to follow...we have people complain to just get free couopns for our products so you cant trust reviews any longer...
