Hey guys my wife is cleaning out some of her makeup n cosmetics and I've got these nail decals up for bid. The Essie brand package is new, unopened and contains 18 nail strips, 1 cuticle stick, 1 file & buffer and instruction sheet. The opened package is like new, it's got 16 nail decals on it in excellent shape nothing wrong with it my wife opened it but didn't use any of them.
