hi!
the winner will receive (16) sixteen punch-out heart/ arrow valentine's. there are 2 punch-outs on each card---a heart & an arrow tip---which will create one "cupid's" arrow. the cards measure 3" x 4-1/4" but the heart punch-out is 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" & the arrow tip punch-out is 1-1/2" x 2-/14". you can slip a pencil, a pixy stix, or even a twirly straw through the holes in the heart. then slip the arrow tip on & voila! see pic # 6, which shows how it looks with a pencil inserted through the holes but i didn't attach the arrow tip because i wanted the card to remain intact for the winner. ***sorry, the pencil is NOT included!***
