No this phone can not video chat... but it can take videos... the camera is on the back of the phone.

This phone was through MetroPCS.. I am not sure if cricket or sprint will flash phones that is something you would have to inquire about..

If you hook it up with Metro there are apps... But you can do almost anything with this phone it is like a computer in the palm of your hand....
